Three New Executives to Bolster International and Technology
Initiatives
DALLAS (March 30, 2000) - BankDirect, the Internet-only banking division
of Dallas-based Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc., has announced the appointment
of three new executives. Chief Operating Officer Scott Prince, Executive Vice
President and Chief Technology Officer Tim Warner, and Executive Vice President
Jose Miguel Fuster, have joined BankDirect's management team to develop and
implement new technology and business initiatives.
"The combined experience of these executives complements our management team and
vision, and the increase in depth will better position BankDirect to maximize a

Scott Prince, chief operating officer, will oversee product management,
new technology and business development. He will be responsible for expanding
services offered by BankDirect, as well as implementing international business
strategies. Prior to joining BankDirect, Mr. Prince served as corporate vice
president of Siemens AG, a Global 100 company. Mr. Prince has notable
managerial experience in international business, including direct previous
responsibility for business operations in The Americas. Mr. Prince is also
experienced in implementing technology applications to support and solve
complex business requirements. He has successfully managed start-up operations
for two ventures over the past six years, generating revenues totaling more
than $500 million.
Tim Warner, executive vice president and chief technology officer, will
oversee the development of new technologies for the BankDirect site, the
backbone of the organization. Prior to joining BankDirect, Mr. Warner founded
two technology companies, including a start-up Internet company focused on the
development of e-business services for the financial, healthcare and
entertainment industries. He served as chief executive officer and technical
architect for the company's portfolio of Internet products. Mr. Warner has over
fifteen years experience in the information technology and communications
industries.
Jose Miguel Fuster, executive vice president, will oversee BankDirect's
corporate strategy and development as well as manage international development
initiatives. Prior to joining BankDirect, Mr. Fuster was the director and group
head of the Latin America Syndicated Finance Group at Barclays, a Global 100
financial institution. There, he was responsible for structuring and
distributing debt offerings for placement in the international bank market for
private placement via institutional investors. He was also instrumental in
positioning Barclays syndicated loan capabilities in Latin America. Mr. Fuster
has held other positions in the Latin America division, including the
co-management of a $1.0 billion portfolio of loans and other short-term assets
as a member of the Brazil Group while marketing corporate banking services as a
relationship manager.
