When BankDirect pays miles on account balances, we calculate the miles based on average daily balances for the month.
This is the average amount of money you keep in your account over the course of the number of days in the month or accounting period.
You can earn 100 miles per month for every $1,000.00 you maintain in a BankDirect Mileage Checking Account and 50 miles per month for
every $1,000.00 you maintain in a BankDirect Mileage Money Market Account. For example, if you have an average collected balance of $5,000.00
in your BankDirect Mileage Checking Account for one month, you earn 500 miles that month.
If you have an average
collected balance of $20,000.00 in your BankDirect Mileage Money Market Account for one month, you earn 1000 miles that month.
